you can make a pita by mixing flour and oil and a little water, buttering a pan, and cooking it till its bread like, or you can buy it from the stores
you can put anything in a red and green pita
kiwi, tomato, rosemary chicken, buttered yogurt
kale, strawberries, cantaloupe, cooked squash with tomato sauce (tomatoes and oil and water in a pot) and mozzarella
or you can just do desert with a red and green pita wrap
blueberry jam, cantoloupe, vanilla yogurt sprinkled with sugar, you can probably wrap and fry too using those egg roll wrappers, may leak though
