i really like kiwis

its good to have alot of fruits that you eat daily, veggies are raw greens and require a little training to utilize, such as microwaving them in a bowl with butter for a meal or a sandwich, but are great to utilize congruently, ie kiwis and red peppers with ham and cheese, and can find amazing combinations medically with proper training

so try to fire up instacart and order some veggies and fruits, they may go bad but if you eat them everyday you’ll gain alot of energy and feel like, kind of bright insde but i chainsmoke

next are meats, i microwave hamburgers for 2 minutes and i can add stuff like bananas or cheddar cheese or tomatoes
