theres tiers, including a 200$ celeron laptop i bought 2 weeks ago thats pretty awesome. its like 1300×1200 so it looks trendy and low rez, and its thin. they also have a 200$ laptop based on snapdragon (a well known arm) but i read its slower then the celeron.
the laptop i bought can run cubase and a max of one application at a time but its worth it for minor office work, the laptop i bought can get slow but its a whopper at 230$ shipped next day from amazon
in all in all, microsoft is providing value to intuitive thought, and their paradigm of new products is amazing
