m-f
breakfast
fruits and fried fruit

lunch:
balooney sandwich with shredded iceberg lettuce, plenty of mayo, no cheese
bag of chips
soda

dinner:

either mexican or fast food

weekend

microwaved steak (be careful alot of grease comes out)
eggs or baked potato
plenty of fruit in the morning

most meat can be microwaved
