Write your elected official through House.gov (https://www.house.gov) a bill (break your topics into smaller topics, and email or fax or personally delivery it to one of their offices in your town) denoting “Vape Cigarettes” a “detoxifying and or smoking cessation device” opposed to “recreational tobacco smoking devices). After a reclassification, we can buy and use Vape Cigarettes aka Smoking Cessitation Devices in hospitals, hopefully they’ll be cheaper then the nicotine inhaler which costs like 6k on Medicare/Medicaid
