Basically, when this universe (not dimension) was created, each solar system was created out of G.O.D (global oddity density), each planet has their own god(s) hooked up to G.O.D, but they exist through the same entity
Meaning, Our Earth God can talk to Mars God about similar things! And hours later, Nebula 7333 can talk to them both, and they’ll understand each other!
They all appeared at once, probably through an interdimensional god like Visnu The Preserver, and they each have their own unique system
