add as much sugar as you want to cold milk, less turns in into mildly sweet, more turns it into a sugar, more sugar = more energy, then microwave it for about 45 seconds, if you added a ton of sugar, microwave for about 10 seconds. you should fall asleep fast, if you added a ton of sugar you’ll need to work out or something, but it causes some lucid dreams for some people!
