the v8 drink has I think tomato, carrots, peas, and a couple of other veggies, its a good cooking ingredient and tastes like bourch (cold tomato drink, a Russian specialty), and makes a good snack, so keep a six pack and when you drink it, be sure to sip it, and not chug it if you have a heart condition
